Without glitching it or using mods, you're gonna run out of space well before you ever build it into what you hope to.
Burns are a common feature distinguishing them from other raiders. The other problems with Finch Farm though are the Bloatflies near the river and the fact that the 'Doctor' tends to draw in the Assaultron or Mr. Log in to view your list of favourite games. I think it's just too close to other locations to handle massive builds.
